ONLINE Fee Payment

Students can use these guidelines to remit their fees [College Fee, Hostel Fee, Transport Fee] to the college through online transaction using IOB pay as detailed below.
Instructions to access the IOB pay for paying fee through online
1. In our college website, www.nec.edu.in at home page, click the online fees payment link
2. Choose the following fields
a. Select category as “Educational Institutions”
b. Select merchant as “National Engineering College”
c. Select payment as “Your fees type”
3. In the new window, type the student’s roll number. It will automatically show the student’s details such as Name, Branch, Semester, Year of study, fee period, fee particulars and the due date.
4. After verifying the details, you are requested to provide the fee remitter’s details such as contact mobile number, E-mail id and Date of Birth (DOB). These fields are mandatory to view the payment history, to get back the transaction status and fee receipt. Then, click the submit button.
5. Then, in the next confirmation window, choose the following payment mode.
a. IOB Net Banking
b. Other Bank Net Banking
c. Credit Card
d. Debit Card
6. Click the submit button to proceed for payment.
7. After successful online payment, you can view the payment status
8. Through payment history, one can view and print the receipt of successful transactions. (Note: Provide the same fee remitters’ details used at the time of payment).
