Procedure for applying break of study:
- During the course of study a student of any degree programme offered by this institution can avail the authorized break of study;
- Break of study will be permitted only once in entire study period of the particular degree programme;
- Only for a genuine medical reasons (accident or hospitalization due to prolonged illness) with a valid medical certificates/documents break of study will be granted;
- Filled application form with proofs should reach Principal’s office for approval through proper channel not later than the last date of registering for the semester examination;
- After the Principal’s approval only, the student is authorized to avail break of study;
- During the break of study, student having arrear subjects if he / she wish can register and appear for arrear examination as a private candidate;
- Student who availed break of study must complete the course within the maximum period from the date of admission to the degree programme concerned;
- For rejoining the course, the student has to approach College office, 30 days ahead of commencement of the respective semester in which the student wish to join;
- After rejoining the programme, the student shall be governed by the rules & regulations and curriculum of the programme in force at the time of joining;
