CISCO Networking Academy was launched at NEC, in 2010 and since then time it has been regularly offering Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification courses. The program gives students the foundation for a digital career. The curriculum builds their core technical skill to register and developing the communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities needed in today’s economy.
About Cisco Certified Network Associate
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a popular industry certification program in computer networking developed by Cisco Systems. Upon successful completion of the course and final examination, a student is certified with CCNA. The 200-125 CCNA is the composite exam associated with the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching certification. This exam tests a candidate’s knowledge and skills required to install, operate, and troubleshoot a small to medium size enterprise branch network. The validity for CCNA Certification is 3 years. Renewal requires certification holders to register for and pass any same or higher level Cisco recertification exam(s) for every 3 years.
Industrial Visit
From 2017 onwards, the group of students are allowed for industrial visits at CISCO Systems, Bangalore. Around 450 students from all the disciplines have successfully completed the CCNA module level course and nearly 5 students got the CCNA industrial certification.
