About ICT Academy in NEC:

     The ICT Academy (Information and Communication Technology Academy) was established in 2009 by the Government of India under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model, in collaboration with state governments and industry partners like NASSCOM. National Engineering College is a member of ICT Academy since 2012. It plays a key role in bridging the gap between academia and industry by organizing skill development programs, faculty training, and student development initiatives.
     Every year, our college have collaborates with industry partners via ICT Academy to conduct technical workshops, soft skills training, coding bootcamps, internships, and certification programs aimed at enhancing employability. The academy also facilitatesfaculty development programs (FDPs) to keep teachers updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Through its activities, ICT Academy supports the college’s mission to produce industry-ready graduates and fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous learning among students and faculty alike.
